The contents of this right nav menu can be changed by editing the /include/rightnav.html file.

Or, you could simply disable it by changing the $sidebars setting in the include/config.php file.

The table that contains the HTML code here is using navText class from the stylesheet within your chosen theme directory.

You can of course use other style classes from the style sheet for a consistent look, for example, this text is in the siteURL class.

Oh, you can also put PHP code, javascript, or whatever else you like in here.
